Today, We were taught about the history of classical music. We learned about the era / period of the classical music such as Baroque, classical, romantic and also the 20th century. They are the popular periods of the classical music. Today, We discussed a little bit about our research that We did before. So, We would actually be able to answer the questions if We did the research. At first, We watched a video of composers of classical music and their popular works. After this, I will do more research so that I will know more about classical music and its history.

Today, We were distributed the music task booklet for this semester. After that, We discussed more about it to make the schedule clear for us. We were also given some things that We need to do for our individual essay report on classical and pop music. Other than that, We will also do a group presentation about the same topic. From now on, I will have to start preparing for my singing performance next week and also for the rehearsal tomorrow. I will also have to prepare the mp3 for the song that I choose.

Today, I was distributed the schedule of my assessment in this term and I was taught about major scale and its difference from the other scales. Now, I know that it's called major scale because of its interval which is "1-1-1/2-1-1-1-1/2". I also practiced to make G, D, E , A and B major scales. When I get back home, I will do some research about classical and pop music because I will have a quiz about it next week and also for my individual essay task which I will have to do later on.

Today, we were divided into our classes based on the music instruments that we want to learn and we also watched some performances by the music teachers before we chose our classes. We were also told that we are going to learn classical and pop music in this term. From now on, I have to start researching about classical and pop music to prepare me for my essay and also my singing performance later on.
